A psychological operation can have many objectives and there can be many ways to achieve it’s goal. Sometimes an operation has one goal in mind, while at other times it is a multipurpose operation that kills two stones with one bird. A psychological operation while delicate and sensitive in it’s design, intentions, hopes to achieve something and it’s timing, tend to be very flexible in nature, because of the flexibility of the human mind that it targets.
